Onecare status is constantly FAIR, it requires that I run "Tune Up," and I have multiple times.
My theory is that OneCare is not completing one of the stages of "Tune Up," I tried viewing the logs but I am unable to find what it is not completing.
If you are unable to view the support log (change settings/Logging tab) for a clue as to what might be failing in Tune-up and there is no "last tune-up" report available for viewing, I recommend that you contact support:
