Can't even find id number, let alone install this program

  Help    I purchased windows onecare 3 weeks ago - it is not installed - but I did pay for it - I can't even find my id number to try to install it.    I don't have a printer right now, so I can not print out the pages of instructions necessary, either, to get the thing going.   And, of course, I can not find a phone number to actually call and speak to a real person......  what should I do?   I am ready to just uninstall the program, eat the $50 it cost, and install something that will actually work, like mcaffee.    I had no idea that a windows related program would be impossible to even get started, unless you have a masters degree in IT! and I don't.    Help !
