Guest account

Question
-
I am using Windows XP Pro and somehow, by mistake I guess, in User Accounts I don't see the Guest so I can't turn it on or off. I tried to create another account named Guest and windows told me that that account already exists so I can't create an account with the name Guest. But I don't see that account in the User.
How could I restaure the Guest account back in User account so I can't turn it ON?
