ok the windows live one care that i tried to download will download but when it tries to install it brings up an error code/error id 0010-80004005, what dose it mean and how do i run said software?Sunday, July 12, 2009 6:41 PM

The 0010 error actually translates to "already running" so I will refer you to the following:

On the other hand, downloading and installing a security product *after* infection is not generally a good idea as the malware can prevent installation. You would need to deal with the infection first.
