  Hi Sam,

  What's your scenario? Why can't you run things in parallel?

  Right now your best bet is to use an Activation Filter: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd346640(WS.10).aspx

  This would allow your job to remain queued until your business logic determined it was ok to run (ie: it's predecessor reached a final state)...
