  • In the Internet community it indicates that the person is yelling or shouting. It can also indicate that someone is a newbie to the online community.

    Of course this is all netiquette, but keep in mind that there is a good possibility that people will ignore you or not take you seriously if you post in all caps.

  • There should be a link like mark as answer at the bottom of the post you want to mark as answer.

    Btw, using capitalized words just look like shouting.
