Reports not visible when set to all languages RRS feed

    Hi everyone,

     

    i have a bunch of reports that have been set to be available all languages (edit report --> languages --> all languages). However when i run a view and select Language equals to English, these reports do not show up. Is there anything im doing wrong? I need these reports to be available in a few different languages no matter what language the user chooses.

    Hi again, after further testing it is not the language setting that makes it invisible to everyone, but when i set the report to "Organization" level. when i manually share with users they see those reports. However when i make the report visible throughout the whole organization, noone outside of system administrators can see them in their lists. im baffled... :(
