    I have a small icon on the lower right side of my screen which says "ConnectWiseControl is running in the background".  What does this mean, and how do I get rid of it?

    I don't think this is related to SQL Server. A quick internet search of ConnectWiseControl suggests it is a third party tool for remote control and management.
