    My PC wont start, I get the message to start Windows normally or safe mode with a promt etc. but it wil not complete the cycle, the Windows CD wont work, the recovery CD wont work, them only message I got (blue screen) was to uninstall any virus or defragmenting software but You cant get in to do that, I have Gateway 831 GM 3.0 Gz, Windows XP home Pro, coud not find any related issues on  the forum,help is apprerciated greatly, thanks
