Un-Complete Phone Call Activity RRS feed

  • Occasionaly our users add a phone call and mark it complete and then notice that they had made an error or omission in the Phone Call record such as not setting the Regarding filed correctly.  After being marked complete, no updates can be made on the record.

    I would like to know if there is a way (perhaps with a Workflow or Dialog) to Un-Complete a Phone Call activity so that the record can be corrected and then remarked Complete.
