    A client recently came up with a very interesting question, so I thought I'd see if anyone knows the capabilities of CRM as it relates to this problem.

     

    I have an IT/Sales manager that monitors a salesperson's email box through her Outlook.  She will be installing CRM on her PC, and was curious to know, if when she opens her salesperson's email within her Outlook, if she would be able to "Set Regarding" the emails in his inbox directly from there, or if she would first have to forward them to herself in order to track them in CRM. 

     

    She will be the only person with a user license.

  • Your client will need to forward the e-mails to her inbox to use Set Regarding.  This feature will work for the installed inbox only.
