Quick campaigns and email via mail merge. RRS feed

  • We are using marketing list, quick campaigns with type of email via mail merge in CRM 4.0.     The quick campaigns will track emails not sent if CRM doesn't have an email address but it can't track emails that are no longer valid.    

    I'm trying to find the best solution for tracking email address that come back in Outlook as system undeliverable.   Does anyone have a best practice to try and track these undelivables emails in CRM?

  • Hi Max,

    I don't know if there's an out of box solution for this. you might need to write a custom solution. Having your application monitor one of your mailbox and parse the emails from that mailbox to update your records in CRM.
