Normally it takes a few days after you pass and you'll receive your MCP card and ID in the mail (or perhaps an email)

First of all congratulations that you have passed the test.
Your ID (MC ID) sent a separate email after 1-2 days
If you're impatient, you did not get the email, you can contact Microsoft service centers (the focus is for qualifications and choose this route calls).Link of the mobile service centers:
