my account has been blocked

  my email account has been blocked as I have been told that my account has been blocked.  I have tried to gain access by using the code, not worked, I have filled in the verify your identity form 5 times and been told that there is not enough information to verify my identity, what else can I do, please help.  I have set up a new account but need to get my old one back for my B&B buisness.
