I am experimenting with the Unified Service Desk for CRM 2013 and have found the customization made on the
Form entity. The example solutions don't appear to have any records of this type, nor is the documentation mentioning it. The Form entity has for example a markup-field and a N:N relationship with HostedControl entity.
My simple question is: What does the Form entity do and how can I use it in my USD solution?
