Error when accessing crm application RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am getting below when we access crm 2013 application from browser.

    Server Error in '/' Application.

    Runtime Error

                 Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

    Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".
    <!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

    <configuration>
        <system.web>
            <customErrors mode="Off"/>
        </system.web>
    </configuration>

    Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.
    <!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

    <configuration>
        <system.web>
            <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
        </system.web>
    </configuration>

    Any idea on how to solve this issue?

    in event viewer I am getting this error in crm server : "

    The initialization of the CRM authentication pipline has failed and all user requests to this CRM Server role computer will be denied.

    "

    In Sql server this error is showing in event viewer: "

    SSPI handshake failed with error code 0x80090311, state 14 while establishing a connection with integrated security; the connection has been closed. Reason: AcceptSecurityContext failed. The Windows error code indicates the cause of failure. No authority could be contacted for authentication.   [CLIENT: 10.120.28.9]

    ".

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi Samuel,

    Is this a fresh install of CRM 2013? Could you open deployment manager without any errors?

    What update roll-up, you are in?

    Cheers, Francis Edwin
