Convert Email to Case Customer field auto populate of contact suppress RRS feed

  • Hi there,

    During the process of converting an email activity to an Incident, I could see 'From' field is  is auto populated with contact, if the email sender is already having email in the contacts table then contact is automatically populated, clever CRM appreciating.

    upon clicking the 'To Case' ribbon button, Dialog 'Convert Email to Case' is launched with Customer field automatically populated with Contact record which we saw earlier in Email from field.

    I would like to suppress the customer field on the 'Convert Email to Case' Dialog, as my customers are always accounts and never contacts. so once I suppress, manually end users can populate respective accounts.

    I  hope I have clarified clearly.
