I searched the whole page you reference, and not once does "deceives visitors" appear.
oh, if I take off the quotes, I see that you are complaining specifically about IECustomizer's statement that "commonly the bad guys will encode their urls to deceive visitors."
That's a factual statement.
He shows the link to your profile as it specifically HAS an encoded URL - that does not appear to be your fault, it's once again factual that you have an encoded url.
He gives you an example of how to do what he thinks you want to do.
Last I checked, there are more than just Jewish people living in Israel.
As Mike suggests, if you really feel like you're being harassed, I'd email fissues AT misrosoft DOT com.
