    During the installation at the point where, per the documentation,

    "...

    6. On the Select your Regional and Keyboard Settings page, select the

    format of your time and currency and select the language of your keyboard

    or input method, and then click Next...."

     

    The two drop down boxes are blank and present me with no choices whatsoever. I can not supply the information either. Upon hitting enter, it loops around to the same error condition after rebooting.

     

    At this point in the installation process the data on the hard drive I'm installing to has been scrubbed so there is no going back.

     

    I suspect it is the installation media. Is there any way I could just download the installation disk or order a new one without paying the shipping and handling again for another disk that may not work?

    Unfortunately no, there is no download option for WHS software.

     

    If you are certain its the media contact Microsoft for a replacement.

    It's also possible you have a hardware or driver issue of some sort. Can you tell us more about your hardware?

    You may want to go into the bios and be sure that your date and time are correct, as well as check to see if there are any bios updates for your motherboard.
