  • Question

  • Since the latest upgrade, I cannot find a way to filter my inbox to view only unread messages.  One answer I found indicated to click on the View menu, however, I don't seem to have a view menu in the list of menu items.

  • Assuming you're asking about forums application. You should be able to in left pane select Quick Access\My Threads then dropdown for All Threads

  • It sounds to me like the OP is talking about Outlook.

If so, You should ask in the Microsoft Office Outlook Community Forums.

As the Microsoft Community is on a different platform, we cannot move the question for you.

Once there, click on Participate near the top of the screen, and select 'Ask a Question' or 'Start a Discussion'

  • Hi,

If you indeed are talking about Outlook, then see if this picture is helpful for you (Unread is close to the All tab when viewing the folder's content)
