The Activity is not created after create quick campaign RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    I try to create quick campaign from a contact record, and I choose appointment as a sample, but after "create" quick campaign has finished, I can not see an Activity record in "activities" view and my quick campaign record. please help.

  • This is done asyncronous. That means that the activities are rolled out depending on the size of the campaign, in 1-10 minutes typically.

    If they havent been rolled out.. Check your async service.. make certain its running.

    If its still not rolled out.. the system orders to see if you can find a system order that contains relationship to that campaign activity. If you can.. This would be an indicator of the async service working overtime on something else.
