Every time I try to back up to a WD External Hard Drive I have to start and stop the process 4 or 5 times until One Care will finally go beyond 1% back up complete on the back up progress page
This could be caused by a file system error on your hard drive. Run chkdsk before attempting One Care backup. To do this open a command window and type in "chkdsk /r" without the quotes. This will repair file system errors and recover bad sectors. Try running backup again. If the issue persists please contact support.
