OneCare reinstallation problem

can somebody help me please. my firewall is turned off and i couldnot turn it on, so i tried all the steps to help myself fix this, but the final stage of uninstalling and reinstalling OneCare i did do, but when i was reinstalling a error message pops up, saying installation not successful contact technical assistant. How do i properly reinstall OneCare ?

Hello missvee, run the One Care install cleanup tool - http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/onecareinstallandactivate/thread/399071e2-49dc-4767-932d-d261e3965943 then try to reinstall One Care. If installation does not succeed please post back the exact error message or contact support.
