CRM 2013 want pass the values from one entity to another entity

  On which event? If on the create of Entity 2 and there is a many to one relationship you can use out of the box mapping for the create, and a plugin that runs on the update event of Entity 1 if updating Entity 1 when Entity 2 exists.
