why my request has not approved more than 10 days?

Question

In the past, I submitted one question, one day can be approved, from message of system, maximum is one week, but last request has not been closed/approved, actually has been updated.
If not approved/closed this case, I cannot change something else any more.

Dear,
From "View History", I can see "2011-09-21 submitted", at that time, I only added "photo Url", and after several days, I can see my picture there, so it was working, but this case still open, I cannot continue to do other EDIT, now it is 15 days passed, please help to have a check
Thanks

For me it has been nearly a month of no approvals with no word on when they with restart. In August, approvals took around a day, now it is weeks with no end in sight and no date promised by Microsoft, just that the system is being updated and all will be fixed "asap" (a week ago!).

Microsoft don't seem to be responding on this forum either now.
Microsoft: Is the project now dormant? If not, when will it resume actively?

hi, Prof. Bowen & Isotope81,
This project is a research prototype carried out by people in MSR Asia, most of our team members are based in Beijing, China. we don't have a full-time operation team. from Oct. 1st to 7th, all of our Beijing staff were on break due to holiday and long weekend.
We will get back to work tomorrow and resume the regular data update process soon.
thank you for your understanding.

Xin,
Thanks for letting me know. The delay in updates dates from at least 9 September for info. Next time you take a break, it may be worth putting notification on this forum. Just a suggestion! Good luck with getting things moving again.
Best regards,
