CRM report print dialog does not appear - report just refreshes RRS feed

  • One of our customers setup a new computer and that user is unable to print a report. They can export the report to PDF, Excel, etc.

    IE 9, CRM site added to Trusted Sites, IE Settings changed to allow nearly everything. Report Viewer 2008, 2010 installed.

    When you click on the Printer icon, the report simply refreshes - and the Print dialog does not appear. No prompts to install any Active X control, etc.

    It works fine on every other workstation - and I even tried it on a new system I just setup, also on IE 9 w/ no Report Viewer installed and it works fine.

    I do NOT recieve the "Client Print Control" error message.
