Mr. Fix it crashes

  I downloaded Mr. Fix it to be able to run on another computer, but when I try to run it, I get the following:

  Microsoft Fix it

  Failed to create the portable diagnostic tool.

  The diagnostic tool cannot continue because of an error. Please try again later.

  What do I need to do to get Mr. Fix it to work?
