hi ,
I have been using microsoft excel in my computer ,some of my friends also using that software in my system,they are steeling some personal data from my excel page without my knowledge ,my if I put two user option (like administrator and user1 )if there is any option to block the excel for user1

Sure, just edit the NTFS permissions on the Excel file (or its folder) and remove access for the users that shouldn't see the file. One easy way to do this is to move the Excel file into the MyDocuments folder, which by default only has permissions for the owner.

Why are you letting them use your computer if they're stealing your personal information from it. Lock them out entirely from your computer. They're not your friends if they're stealing your info.
