This is my first post to the forum but have been using your published advices from long time and Thank you very much for the support.
I now have a situation where I have a full fledged running SharePoint 2013 site at a url http://xxx.abc.gov.om/; this site contains Document Library, tasks list, and lots of other small/big applications. Recently I configured the Project Server 2013 under
the same site collection and the url for my PWA site is http://xxx.abc.gov.om/pwa
The project server is configured correctly and everything is working fine.
We observed one issue in estimating the workload on a resources because the tasks gets assigned to resources either by projects in PWA or by the task list configured at parent site http://xxx.abc.gov.om/
We want to track the work load on each resource and want to see all the tasks assigned to the resource. I found a way out of doing it by using option of "Add SharePoint Lists". Now the problem is that I can add the task list from any of the PWA
subsite but I cannot see the option to add the task list available in the parent site at http://xxx.abc.gov.om/
I cannot move the production site inside the PWA as it is already in production, can you please suggest some option by which I can add the task list in the parent site into the PWA option.
