GUI/icons missing when opening Author.exe in Win 7 X86 RRS feed

    Application opens up but icons are missing. Please help!. Windows 7 X86

    Installed

    - Windows XML 6.0

    - Windows Installer 3.5

    - Adobe Flash Player, Shockwave

    - Java RunTime

    - .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 / 4.0

    - Silverlight 4.0

    - Registered all scripts and DLL files

    - Followed the FAQ in https://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/training/lcds.aspx

     

    Provide some steps to resolve it at the earliest.
