Can't get help RRS feed

    I bought LiveOne care for three computers. Then a couple months later bought another LiveOneCare for a fourth computer. (I can only have three per product is my understanding.)

    When I installed it, It put all four on my first account.  Am I making sense? I now have four computers on one product and an extra product with no computers on it. Do I uninstall it and make up a new ID so it will stop adding it to my first product account?

    PS The help section is useles for this type of problem, Tells me quetionis too complex.

  • To be compliant with the licensing, you need to reinstall OneCare on one of the computers and use a new LiveID (different from the one used for the original subscription) to create a new subscription that is good for a 4th through 6th PC.
