After I first installed Live One Care it worked fine, then after purchasing a subscription it did not. When I would try and open it it would give this message "The windows live one care service has been stopped or is not working. To correct this problem restart your computer. If the problem persists contact tech support" So two days ago I contacted tech support and after one hour on the phone we got it to work after uninstalling then reinstalling. Now this a.m. I restarted the pc after installing a new version of adobe reader and one care gives me the same message. Very frustrating any help would be appreciated!

After it was reinstalled 2 days ago, had you rebooted before this morning's Adobe reader update? If not, it would seem that your original problem was not resolved and and you should go back to support.

I assume that support has already checked everything in this post - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2523777&SiteID=2 - however, I'd suggest verifying that and perhaps you can avoid the support call.
