Computer Problems? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hopefully this is the right place to post this... I am having trouble with my computer if I play average quality games it crashes and it has never done this before. Yesterday I cleaned out my monitor and after that my computer started to shut down. My friends say that the fan isn't working properly but when I play games I can hear the fan. I check my temperature for the computer and it says the levels are normal and it is working good with my games but it shuts down and starts back up. I scanned my computer for viruses and it found two heuristic viruses that was about it for the scan, after that it still shuts down.
    Specs:
    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3350P CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.10GHz
    Installed Memory (RAM): 12.0 GB
System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
(I don't know if I need this but I am going to post it anyways.)
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640
    DAC Type: Integrated RAMDAC
    Approx. Total Memory: 8876 MB

  • The simplest thing you can do.

    1. take back and format your system (3 times) and install OS.

    2. open the cabinet and clean it (by air or petrol) and plug out-in your RAM.
