  Hi,

  from what I know it is currently not available on WP8, but at the WP8 launch it was mentioned that a release is planned in the next time (without a specific release date).

  Just out of interest: Can you open this link in your desktop PC browser, then open the Bing app on your phone (via Search button) and scan the QR code with Bing Vision? Does this lead anywhere?

  The idea is to open up the Marketplace page of WhatsApp directly, bypassing the app search. I can't try this out because I am still waiting for my Lumia 920.

  Doesn't work. It just says that the app isn't available for my phone.

  That worked the last time when WhatsApp was missing but now they've blocked it. Too bad. Would be nice to know when it will be available.

  FYI: wpcentral.com reports the new version should be available within a matter of days. Let's hope it works this time.
