No, OS and data can be on the same drive but there will need to be 2 partitions. When you install, the disk will be wiped and a 60GB C: partition created. Thanks for the quick reply Phil! I see now what you mean. I had read somwhere that I needed an external HD because I didn't have a place for back-ups?!
