Dynamics CRM 4.0 : Offline Client - Client is prompting with an unexpected error when offline RRS feed

    Sorry but I don't know where the best place to put this question is!

    I am running a Dynamics CRM 4.0 system with around 30 offline clients. One user has started receiving an error message prompting with "Unexpected error" when attempting to access any accounts while offline. She is able to access "Contacts", "Products" and any other entity that we use except accounts.

    Whilst online she is able to access anything.

    I have checked permissions etc but they are not the problem. I have rolled out the exact same environment on 20 other laptops this year alone and they are not having this problem.

    I removed the CRM client, deleted the CRM database, removed SQL express and redeployed everything. The same problem is still occurring.

    I have no idea what is going on! Is anyone able to help?
