Timesheets Approval

The owner of a project can not approve the timesheets for that procject. Is there away to allow someobody else, another project manager, to approve the timesheets? I am currently working with Project Server 2010

Your question is a bit vague. Are you trying to approve timesheets or updates to projects. Is the project manager away from the office and another PM must do the work? If so, you use the Delegate feature for this. Please try to be more specific.

"The owner of a project can not approve the timesheets for that project".. is that your requirement or were you intending to relate a fact?

Based on the info in the link above I imagine you can set the Timesheet Approver in the Edit-Resource function to choose who should approve the TS.
