  • There's a number of things that can go wrong.

    1) You've not converted your "virtual directory" to "application" in IIS Manager.

    2) You've selected an application pool running lower version of .NET runtime (I assume it's .NET website when you ask it in C# forum) than the one you need.

    3) Wrong permission settings for your folder. (Different version of Windows have different settings for this one)

    4) Some libraries your website required are missing.

There could be more but these pop up on my head right now.

Ask whoever give you the website to troubleshoot for you.

  • Hi Donald Uko,

    Thank you for posting here.

It seems like you use ASP.NET, you could post a new thread in ASP.NET forum.

    Best Regards,

    Wendy
