Provisioning Language packs CRM 2013 Unexpected Error RRS feed

  • Question

  • We've just upgraded our CRM Test server to CRM 2013. I've installed the upgrade language pack for 2013 and then uninstalled the CRM 2011 language pack. When I now log in to CRM and try to provision the new language pack, I get an "Unexpected Error":

Anyone else had similar issues? What can I do to solve this?

  • It shows the wrong version as long as its not provisioned. And you cannot provision unless SSRS is installed correctly. Update SSRS and retry provisioning made it work.

  • there seems to be a mismatch between language packs, from what I've installed vs whats available for provisioning in CRM??

From CRM server Programs and Features:

    From Administration-- Languages in CRM:

Why is the old file the only one available?  I cannot provision the new pack.
