This is an MSDN key, never intended for resale, it was sold to an MSDN or TN subscriber who abused his account or the key was stolen from his account then resold to you and others until it was blocked. Please review the following two stickies.

But I've been using it for months without problem, it's now too late to claim PayPal and seller hasn't replied to my emails, so I am stuck with a laptop I can't use. The advice I found only seems to be for those who bought standalone software to send in the disc & packaging. What do I do?
Thanks

If you wish to continue to run Windows 7 Ultimate edition on your computer, you'll need to update the Windows 7 product key with a genuine Windows 7 Ultimate – Full Version purchased from the Microsoft Store.

On the bottom of the computer, or in the battery compartment there should be a sticker that will indicate what version of windows came with your computer, you can install that version and activate it by phone using the key on the bottom of the PC. You can also purchase a WGA get genuine kit.
If the seller left the restoration image intact you can download the manual from Dell and start a factory restoration according to instructions.

Came with Win XP, but I really like the Win7, so I will try to contact MS to purchase a WGA get genuine kit depending on price; unfortunately spent my budget on PC already as I thought OS was included (it has been working fine for months now!)

Hello, aaframian
I can confirm that Carl is correct, the key used in the report is an MSDN key.
