  • Come on Onecare 3 months to go and Onecare starts warning the subscription expires on 12/21/2008.

     

    Isn't 3 months a little early I can see 30 days It use to be a week but build 2.5.2900.14 going Nuts now

     

    that's a little early don't ya think ?

  • It gives a few intermittent "alerts" to let you know about expiration and will turn yellow on the T minus 30 day mark. Yes, that's too early, in my opinion.

    A single subscription for OneCare is for one year.

     

    To better understand what going on please provide support logs. To get support logs please follow the following instructions

     

     1.  Open OneCare

    2. Click on Change Settings

    3. It will open a window "Windows LiveOne Care Settings"

    4. Click on the Last tab labelled as "Logging"

    5. Click on "Create support Log" button

    6. It will create the support log file in form of HTML and display it in Web Browser like IE

    7. 8. Can you send that information through email at oc-forums@live.com

  • Lori, Mikro is a long time poster to the newsgroup. The alerts about renewal are normal.
