how do I report abuse?

Question

I received a call from a man today claiming to be with a company that works for windows. He had told me that i had e legal files down loaded on my computer and they need to be taken off. He also said that the files were down loaded as i had surfed the net. He then showed me that I had warning files and error files.
He had me enter a code to take the files off. As the conversation continued I was put on to a supervisor that took me to another site for purchasing firewalls. When I had told the man that i had no money and was getting upset with him he informed me that I was told that there was a cost. I then informed the man that i was upset and would be contacting Micro Soft. As I hing up I then realized that the man had control of my computer and he started to close the files that he had opened. How do I tell if he did anything to my computer?

If you’ve received a call from someone who claims to be from Microsoft and wants to fix your computer, hang up. You can also report these calls to the Federal Trade Commission.
Please read: Don’t fall for phony phone tech support
And: "Local news says, “Those calls are not coming from Microsoft”".

Simply ask next time his name and call the police the man is doing two crimes. Both have even in my country with a moderate punishing system 3 years, in the USA probably more than 10 and in China ..........I know they have still the dead punishment.
And ask an expert if you have maybe created an open terminal server or something likewise on your computer. But probably you have while surfing simply loaded a piece of malicious software which does what you told. Be aware often it creates only fake information to let you think that happens what you told.
Probably somebody in the answer forum can help you with that.

No chance that the guy is from Microsoft by the way, employees of Microsoft know this to well.
