    As a pre-requisite setup step, you need to register application on http://live.azure.com

    This link is not available, can you please advise on alternative link or steps (applicable for Azure or on-premise installation)

  • thanks for replying, but this link relates to some issue with registration, the point is that the URL is not available, website is gone. There is no update in the documentation, where can I register the application? Any suggestions, solutions are welcomed.
