CRM Training

Question

Hello,
Here is my question : What is the best CRM training that I should do ?
Dynamics CRM 2011 was implemented in our business. I think that the technical specification were not drawn properly. Noone knows how the system really works. From my viewpoint this is going in all directions and we are not using the system for increased production. I see it as "enter names, business names, get some estimates written and sent...."
Well I then decided to get some books. I have read few of them and I think I am starting to understand it.
BUT all those data are bits and pieces. What shall I do ? I was thinking a training session ? Which one ? I don't want to get one where I will only review what I already know.
Any advices ?
Thanks in advance.

As an alternative to the traditional "classroom" training where everyone gets the same set of curriculum and you are at the mercy of your instructor and peers you might find a knowledgeable partner in your area and see about some personalized training. Of course this is a bit tricky as well because even if a partner has someone with a deep understanding of Dynamics CRM, they might not always be able to communicate that information effectively either.

Thanks for your advice. I checked with someone here who is a CRM Partner. His quotes are quite high but tailored for my need.
Other partner who have not a personalized training are much cheaper but too basic for my need (I think).
Thanks again for your help.
