Filter Lookup on N:N Relationship

I have created an N:N relationship on the account entity. i would like to filter the lookup on these relationships based on a value of one of the entity's attributes. the examples i see are for 1:N relations.
is there a way to filter the lookups on N:N realtionships?

no sorry, this is not possible in a supported manner.
ASAIK it is also not possible with FilteredLookup of http://www.stunnware.com/ either.

But a solution could be to create a (N:1-1:-N)-relationship instead of a N:N-relationship. With such relationship you could use the FilteredLookup of stunnware.
