"This device is synchronizing but cannot be remotely accessed" problem

Question

Hi guys,
I am trying to figure out what happen with my mesh setup. It used to be working until mid January. I remember that because I was working remotely from Asia. The connection to my work computer was almost instantaneous without any problem.
But since then, I have been having problem with the remote desktop connection. When I login to mesh (either via IE or through the app), I would be able to click on the connect button. New window appeared up but nothing happen. Or it would take a long time before the login screen to my remote computer showed (Successful access only once or twice).
When it took too long and I terminate the connection, went back to the main page where you can choose multiple devices, the computer that I wanted to connect would show "This device is synchronizing but cannot be remotely accessed" and the connect button turned grey. When I signed out and waited for a bit longer and re-signed in to the website, the device would show to be able to connect again (The connect button turned orange again). But when I clicked to connect, same result happened.
I did try to reinstall mesh on my remote computer, but does not seems like it's working.
Both computers are using Windows XP Pro SP3.
What did I miss? Please help.
Thanks,

It could be a couple things that are causing it to happen. If you get a chance please submit a bug with your Mesh logs to us on Connect. (If you have questions the announcement on the forum here (How to submit bugs and live mesh logs) covers all the steps.
Thanks!
