(I split the thread to reduce the confusion level)
It looks to me as if this machine shipped with Windows 8 installed.
As such, there is NO downgrade option to Windows 7 Home Premium - no matter what the shop said.
Is there a COA sticker on the case, or merely a Windows 8 sticker?

Two things:
1) Why would you post in a thread that is over 2 years old? You need to post your results in your own new thread.
2) I see nothing wrong with this report. When are you seeing the "Not Genuine" messages?
Please do not read this sentence. Please ignore the previous sentence.
