    I want to develop a tool  like as Web Scheduler tool

    Can we create a conference or invitation through OCS SDK?

    Which OCS SDK can do that?

    Microsoft has just posted today some documentation about Live Meeting API

    Maybe you can find your information in here

    Is this API specific to the Microsoft-hosted HTTPS-based Live Meeting Service or does it support the OCS-integrated Live Meeting also?

    I think it supports only the first one, as the desription says something like:

    Live Meeting Service XML API

    You might be right

    Allthow they use the same client this might only be linked to the Hosted service
