When I "Start Backup" in One Care my disc drive pops out after about 2% completion and I get a message saying "Please insert a disc". I had a disc in before I started the back up process.
If you have a program such as Roxio or Nero running in the system tray, closing the program should resolve the issue. If you don't have one of these programs running or if exiting these programs does not resolve the issue please contact support.
