Here is my copy of the report.
I have had Vista Enterpsie for almost 9 months and it has always worked well. I do not understand why I am getting this message to active when this has been active for a very long time.

Hello Bill,
KMS Client versions of Vista are used by Large Companies, Universities or Government Agencies to easily manage large numbers of Windows installs within their organization. A KMS Client version of Vista activates by connecting to the organization’s KMS Server (i.e. KMS Clients do not connect to Microsoft to Activate).I suggest contacting your organization’s Network Administrator or IT Dept. for assistance in connecting to (and Activating thru) your organization’s KMS Server.
